Payment Policy
1. Accepted Payment Methods
1.1 Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods, subject to availability at checkout:
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
Debit cards.
Digital wallets and alternative payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Available payment methods may vary by region and are subject to change. The payment options displayed at checkout reflect the methods currently available for your order.
1.2 Currency
Prices on the Website may be displayed in United States Dollars (USD) or in local currencies based on the region or country selected by the User. The applicable currency for your order is the currency shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rates and foreign transaction fees. These fees are determined by your financial institution and are your responsibility.
The amount charged to your payment method may differ from the amount displayed at checkout due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of authorization and settlement by your financial institution. The extent of any difference depends on the exchange rates applied by your bank or payment provider and the time elapsed between authorization and settlement. KJITH is not responsible for any differences resulting from currency conversion.
1.3 Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers compliant with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
KJITH does not store, access, or retain full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Payment data is handled entirely by our payment processors.
For customers located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, online card payments may be subject to Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements under the EU Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) and the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations. SCA may require additional verification steps, such as two-factor authentication, during the checkout process. These requirements are implemented by your payment provider and are designed to protect against unauthorized transactions.
For information on how your personal data is processed in connection with payments, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
1.4 Payment Authorization
When placing an order, you authorize KJITH to charge the total amount displayed at checkout to your selected payment method.
1.5 Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, the order will not be completed. You may attempt to place the order again using a different payment method or after resolving the issue with your financial institution.
KJITH may cancel an order after repeated unsuccessful payment attempts. No charges will be applied for orders that are not successfully completed.
1.6 Payment Processing Disruptions
In the event of a temporary disruption to payment processing services (due to technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond our control), your order may not be completed. If a charge was applied but the order was not confirmed, KJITH will investigate and ensure the charge is reversed. Please contact KJITHVault@outlook.com if you believe you have been charged for an order that was not confirmed.
2. Taxes
Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law.
3. Fraud Prevention and Verification
3.1 Security Checks
All orders are subject to payment verification and security checks to protect against fraudulent activity. KJITH reserves the right to cancel or hold any order flagged for suspected fraud.
3.2 Verification Requests
We may request additional verification before processing an order, including confirmation of billing or shipping details, or payment authorization documentation.
In rare cases, additional identity verification may be requested. Any personal information collected for verification purposes is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retained only for as long as necessary to complete the verification.
Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in order cancellation and a full refund.
