Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders within the Continental United States (the contiguous 48 states).
Please note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

2. Shipping Costs
We provide Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders within the Continental US, with no minimum purchase required.

3. Processing & Delivery Times
To estimate when your order will arrive, please consider both processing and transit times:

Order Processing Time: 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Time: 3 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 - 7 business days from the date your order is placed.

(Note: For pre-sale or out-of-stock items, specific shipping dates will be noted directly on the product page.)

4. Shipping Methods & Partners
Amazon functions as our primary logistics partner to fulfill and ship KJITH products. They will select the most efficient carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

5. Multiple Items in One Order
We try our best to ensure all your items reach you at the same time. However, occasionally, products may be dispatched separately from different fulfillment centers. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information for each package once it has been shipped.

6. Order Cancellation & Address Changes

Address Changes: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once a product is en route.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it to reorder with accurate details.

Please note: If the wrong address is provided by the customer, leading to the package being lost or unrecoverable, KJITH cannot replace the order or issue a refund.

7. Issues with Your Delivery
